Skoltefest at Klokkargarden

In late november 2005 most of the volunteers in Sogn og Fjordane were gathered in Klokkargarden in Dale for the traditional Skoltefest. This is a party and social gathering that we have arranged for several years now. It provides some insight to West-Coast traditions and a meetingpoint for the volunteers in the area.

The dish served is the "skolt" of lamb prepared in an exqusite manner, a true local speciality. Accompanied with vegetables, beer, wine and some stronger local produce.
