Gulen activities
We had a "lie-in" and got up slowly but surely. We had breakfast which, as usual, consisted of bread, jam and chocolate spread. A group of trained cleaners then went to the disco and tidied up after the night before. We then returned to the school and we all went to a Norwegian Church with two very old stone crosses from the Viking Era, which amazed us all.
We then ate lunch near the shore of the fjord. Sarah D. got stung by a wasp twice in 10 minutes. Ouch!! Painful!
We then went back to the school and relaxed. Some went to play volleyball, others swam. The group who went hiking returned tired and hungry and we all ate a lot of the Rumanian/Norwegian spaghetti Bolognese George and Roger had made.
