Thursday 29 th July Arriving Settle in accommodation, group familiarisation Introductions/ice breaking/group work	Friday 30 th July Team building Visit Basingstoke/Winchester Team games
Saturday 31 th July Exploring London, Big bus tour, lunch Central London, Walk along Thames Embankment, ride the London Eye, Thames boat trip Return to Basingstoke. Prepare for departure	Sunday 1 st August Transfer groups to Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Settle into new accommodation Beach games, swim Area familiarisation
Monday 2nd August Group work split possible activities ***French night, Coastal night walk	Tuesday 3rd August First activity day, in mixed groups ***Estonian nigth Beach Olympics
Wednesday 4th August Group work split possible activities ***Norwegian night Kite building/flying competition	Thursday 5th August Second activity day, in mixed groups ***English night Pool tournament finals
Friday 6th August Third activity day, in mixed groups: - surfing, kayaking, climbing, coasteering Circus skills evening	Saturday 7th August Day trip to Tenby: free time Last night concert/disco for tomorrow's departure
Sunday 8th August Good bye and Departure

* Throughout the week the activity groups will comprise of 2 young people from each country, thus encouraging integration and the development of friendships.

**All through the exchange young people will be video recording the event and each evening this will be edited, to produce their own joint CD souvenir of the exchange, this will also be used as a basis for their own evaluation.

***Nationality ‘nights’ young people, prepare something special about their country to share with the rest of the groups

There will be an ongoing pool competition running throughout the week.
