Training of youth workers

"Using your local area and resources"

12th to 21st June 2003

Method’s & techniques to use in your village, town or city during an International Youth Exchange

The training took place at the Red Cross Nordic United World College and at the island Stokkevåg in Norway during the middle of June 2003.
It was a training course in method’s & techniques to use in your village, town or city during an International Youth Exchange, based on intercultural learning, outdoors activities and environmental issues.

After 3 1/2 days of planning we simulated the activitydays that the trainees had prepared, thus enabling the trainees to explore the project that they have made and make instant evaluations under the guidance of experienced trainers and instructors

WAT about today
is difficult to say,
We had a lot to write
And now we are very tired
WAT about today
is difficult to say,
We had a lot of fun
And all mosquitoes are gone

WAT about today
is difficult to say,
Working together together is good
Now we want some food

WAT about today
is difficult to say,
We had a lot of rain
And it was a real pain
